Step 1: Take Your Measurements First
Before you browse, grab a measuring tape and note down three key measurements:
- Bust — Measure around the fullest part of your chest
- Waist — Measure around your natural waistline (not your hips)
- Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips
Keep these handy. Every brand sizes differently, so always compare your measurements to the brand's size chart rather than going by your usual "S/M/L."
Step 2: Know Your Silhouette
Different silhouettes fit differently — and knowing this saves you from returns:
- Straight-Cut Suit Sets — These are the most forgiving. They drape rather than hug, so if you're between sizes, size up for comfort.
